DA-TEK offer a wide range of technical support in most areas of today's modern I.T. infrastructure. In order to enroll for this facility we require that you pay a nominal yearly subscription of £175. This entitles you to a priority service, backed up by free phone support and remote administration capability. Our on site engineering rate is £45 per hour invoiced in half hour increments with no local call out charge. REMOTE ADMIN. A fast, efficient and cost effective solution for the majority of I.T. issues today. It is also by us to determine whether or not an engineer needs to attend site. This service is also available out of normal hours, catering for scheduled software maintenance projects. This service is invoiced in 30 minute slots at a cost of £15 per slot. |
PROJECT MANAGEMENT. If you are replacing any I.T. equipment now or in the near future then contact us. We will visit you, discuss your proposal, offer advice and if requested, provide you with a competitive formal quote to supply your equipment and undertake the work on your behalf. ON SITE engineering is less frequent today and is mostly associated with hardware issues or installation projects which do need engineering skills on-site. Response times can vary depending upon the fault severity. Critical path items such as servers warrant a 2 hour call out. Other issues 4 hours and the less important ones 8 hours.
